Santa will be coming to visit on November 19th and 21st. Children or adults can come visit Santa in an outdoor, forest style, but local setting. Clients can reserve 15 minutes to visit Santa and have their portraits in a private and personalized setting outdoors and local.
This year we will have 3 different options for Christmas Portraits.
1 - November 19th, Saturday 2022 from 4pm-5pm
15 min private session with Santa - outdoors
a) $75 plus tax to reserve your Time
You take all the pictures you want with your phone or camera.
b) $150 plus tax to reserve your time
w/ photo session by Shauna Rae’s Photography, 3 - 5x7 prints included

2020 Christmas Portrait Mini Sessions
Have your Christmas portraits printed and ready to give out to friends and family. These makes great gifts. Let me capture those precious moments.
Santa will be coming to visit on Saturday the 21st from 1-3pm. This will be a very different type of session than I've ever offered. Children or adults can come visit Santa in a no contact, outdoor tree farm style setting. Clients can reserve 10 minutes of visiting Santa and taking pictures in a private and personalized setting outdoors.
Location: corner of Happy Valley and Deer Flat Road in Nampa.
Setting: Red Truck and Fancy Chair set up on a tree farm setting.
Here are some new options for this event.
1- $75 plus tax - Have your child(ren) come visit Santa and take your own pictures as you see fit (cell phone, your own camera, bring your photographer). We will practice social distancing. Santa will walk around and visit children on set.
2 - $125 plus tax - Come visit Santa. I will take your pictures and make your Christmas cards (25 with envelopes) and one 5x7 print. These Christmas cards will be printed on nice cardstock offered through my professional lab. I can easily update your family portrait or pictures of your kids with Santa behind them.
Options for additional cards and prints and digitals available. +$50 edited digital images from your session.
This outdoor, tree farm style visit will practice social distancing with Santa WITHOUT the plexi glass. It is my goal for the children to safely enjoy Santa outdoors and keep the magic alive and fun amist a crazy 2020 year.

Christmas Mini Sessions are here! We will have three different backdrops to choose from. Two indoor backdrop choices and one outdoor option. This year some friends graciously are letting me set up sessions with their beautiful fire engine red 1960 Chevy C10 classic for an optional outdoor session!
We are so excited as I've been hoping to incorporate this truck in a Christmas session for a few years now! We are finally doing this!

Celebrate Freedom! ~ 4th of July Mini Sessions
This American flag will be a special addition backdrop to this years 4th of July mini sessions.

These are tentatively planned to be held outdoors (weather pending move to indoor location). We can customize these with chickens or sweet Holstein calves. Bring your own pets or props wanted too.

Lucas House will incorporate both the philosophy and practicum of pediatric palliative care. Pediatric palliative care aims to holistically identify and address the physical, psychosocial, spiritual and emotional elements of care for both the child and the family. Its primary goals are to enhance quality of life, minimize suffering, optimize functions and provide opportunities for personal growth. Lucas House will support the whole family through the journey of a child's life-limiting diagnosis to end-of-life.

Welcome Baby Grimm
This week I had the pleasure of trying out some new tricks for a special 3-week old newborn. Timothy's grandpa was even here from the Philippines to take a timeless generational portrait. You will never regret capturing these special times and memories. Thank you for letting me be a part of your history.
It's not everyday I get a 'bonus' newborn session where a grandpa comes to have his portrait taken with his new grandson. This however, is not just any grandpa.
This special grandpa traveled all the way from around the world to see his grandbaby - from the Philippines to IDAHO!
Oh A.J..... we love your 6-month lips, toes, face and rolls. We love your age. Six months is so sweet.... not quite ready to crawl, just barely sitting up and starting to roll. The house is still safe at 6-months. ;)
